1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included items are returned
- Items with a manufacturer seal must have the seal unopened
Please contact our support team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Return Process

- Photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If you change your mind or no longer want the item:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be shipped within 10 days after receiving return instructions
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- We will provide a prepaid return label where applicable
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Etscart
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used items that are not defective
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 3–6 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
7. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the package
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
You may be required to pay a reshipping fee.
